Meghan specializes in LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her approach is relational and client-centered, with a focus on mind-body integration. She also draws from humanistic and psychodynamic modalities to cater the treatment plan as needed to every individual. Meghan completed her Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology at NYU, and her Master’s in Psychological Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. She has gained clinical experience with Internal Family Systems therapy, Trauma Informed Treatment, and Adolescent DBT and served as a peer counselor for suicide prevention for over a year. She will work collaboratively alongside you, to help identify and overcome the obstacles preventing you from experiencing life as your best, most authentic self.
