Wayne believes therapy serves as a catalyst for change, growth, and finding meaning/purpose in day-to-day life. Wayne works to integrate holistic wellness (e.g., mind, body, and spirit) to his practice, and incorporates person-centered/identity-centric modalities. Wayne specializes in working with adults, LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, depression, relationships, sleep, providing trauma-informed care, and individuals navigating various personal/professional life transitions. Wayne received a Masters of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Iowa State University and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University.
