Groups can be a wonderful way to find community, share experiences, insights and information, and gain strength from others who understand what you're going through. Virtual Groups can also be an affordable way to access the benefits of therapy in your own home or office. Therefore, Kensington Wellness is launching a new Virtual Groups Program to provide added support and access to our community. We aim to offer an array of topics and formats to support you as you work through anxiety, depression, trauma, health conditions, relationships and more.
