Sparkle specializes in depression and anxiety disorders, panic disorders/panic attacks, relationship issues, and multicultural concerns.
Sparkle’s approach to counseling centers on meeting clients where they are at, prioritizing active listening and genuine understanding of their struggles. She believes it is important to work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals and create actionable strategies for progress together. Sparkle mainly adopts a therapeutic modality that integrates the strength-based approach with cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques. She is committed to fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to express and explore themselves and recognize their own strengths and resilience to overcome adversities and achieve greater happiness and fulfillment in life.
Sparkle received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology at Pepperdine University, and is currently in her second year of Master’s in Counseling for Mental health and Wellness program at NYU.
